Day 1: Welcome to Kerala
Journey to Munnar (Tea Gardens & Hill Station)
Journey to Munnar (Tea Gardens & Hill Station)
Your adventure begins as you arrive at Kochi Airport, where our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to Munnar (140 km / 4 hrs). En route, marvel at the stunning Cheyappara and Valara Waterfalls. As you reach Munnar, be enchanted by its rolling tea plantations and rich flora. After checking into your hill resort, spend the evening exploring Munnar town. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2: Exploring Munnar’s Natural Wonders
Enjoy breakfast before setting off for a scenic day tour of Munnar’s most famous attractions:
- Mattupetty Dam & Kundala Lake – Admire the breathtaking views and enjoy a boat ride.
- Eco Point Perfect for photography and nature walks.
- Tea Plantations Witness the lush green tea gardens and learn about tea processing.
- Eravikulam National Park Home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr. Return to your resort for a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 3: Into the Wild – Thekkady (Wildlife & Spice Tour)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady (100 km / 4 hrs), a paradise for nature lovers. En route, stop at Gap Road Viewpoint & Periyakanal Waterfalls. On arrival, visit a spice plantation, where you’ll see cardamom, coffee, and pepper crops. Later, take a boat ride in Periyar Lake, where you might spot elephants, bison, and deer. In the evening, enjoy optional activities like Kathakali dance performances or Kalaripayattu martial arts. Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 4: Backwater Bliss in Alleppey
Post breakfast, head to Alleppey (160 km / 5 hrs), famous for its enchanting backwaters. Board a traditional houseboat, your floating home for the night. Relax as you cruise through narrow canals and lush greenery, witnessing local village life. Enjoy freshly prepared Kerala cuisine and a stunning sunset over the water. Overnight stay aboard the houseboat.
Day 5: Beach Retreat in Kovalam
Disembark from your houseboat after breakfast and journey to Kovalam (160 km / 5 hrs). Check into your beachfront hotel and unwind at the famous Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach, and Samudra Beach. Kovalam offers thrilling activities like surfing, kayaking, and parasailing. You can also indulge in an authentic Ayurvedic massage. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 6: Trivandrum Sightseeing
This morning after breakfast drive over to Trivandrum to explore some of the best landmarks and attractions of this capital city of Kerala. Kanakakunnu Palace and Kowdiar Palace are Kerala’s traditional architectural gems. And then there is the world’s richest temple- Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple. All of them are testaments of nobility of the erstwhile kingdom of Travancore. Overnight at the Kovalam.
Day 7: Departure from Kerala
After breakfast, we transfer you to Trivandrum or Kochi International Airport for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Kerala’s beauty, culture, and warmth.
